Location: Brazil/Mexico - Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)

What You'll Do:

Production Support: Troubleshooting issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operations
Collaboration: Working closely with Distribution Teams, IT, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvements
Enhancements & Development: Driving service enhancements and supporting the launch of new products on the Comparative Rater and Download platform
Download Services: Facilitating the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer service

Requirements

Experience:

3 years of experience

Skills:

Proficiency in English (Interview'll be in English)
Bachelor's degree Business Administration
Excel - Intermediate
Office Suite - Intermediate
Power BI - Entry Level
Project Management Tools - Entry Level
Insurance Knowledge - Preferred
